Call for Children’s Art Instructors

Arlington County Community Arts Unit is recruiting new art instructors for children’s classes.  Specifically searching for (but not limited to) art instructors to teach in our new afterschool art enrichment program which will travel to various schools in Arlington (pilot program begins March 25^th).  Must be available weekdays 2pm-4:30pm.  Ideal candidates are those who are working artists or college art/education students, love working with children and have knowledge of many mediums.  To inquire about art instructor positions please contact Jessica Sauer at jsauer@arlingtonva.us.  Email your resume, three references related to your artistic or education experience, images of your work or website, weekdays that you are available and statement of intent.
