Creative Martial Arts

We give all our children, teens and adult students the fundamentals of the Martial Arts which teaches self defense and builds discipline and respect then expand on those time tested traditions by adding a creative and expressive aspect to the mix.

I have lived in Arlington all of my life and have been teaching Martial Arts for the last eight. A few years ago I decided that I was going to take the knowledge that I had with traditional Martial Arts and add all of the ideas I felt would improve on the system in terms of curriculum. I now focus on the ART of the Martial Arts to build confidence, character, discipline, focus, and respect among other things.
