What is your interest in the Creative Arlington beta community?
I am a student at George Mason University in Fairfax, and heard about this Ning through Phil Auerswald. I wasn't able to attend the event yesterday, but I read your post, and think that this is a great initiative. As a Tourism and Events Management Major, a lot of what you mentioned has specific relevance to me. The idea of events to propagate social networking sounds like a good way to get students involved in their future, especially the advantages of being employed in this area.
How do you or would like to use your imagination and original ideas to enrich the economy and culture in Arlington, and beyond?
I would like to contribute however I can as a student to the culture of Arlington. I would participate in group discussions, help plan events, establish university connections, etc.
Who referred you? This is how we give credit!
