Thanks to Arts and Cultural District Legislation passing in the VA Senate recently, http://capwiz.com/artsusa/va/issues/alert/?alertid=12770266&queueid=2966971776, the time may be just right for marrying good government policy with the creative community. Does Arlington need a creative or cultural district? Do we need a new Arts Center on the Orange line or are there better ideas? What can Arlington government do to help create the kind of places and innovation we want?
